You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment's destination. Our shipping charges are determined by weight. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.

To expedite order processing, please include the following information when placing your order.

- Billing and Shipping Address
- Purchase order number

Minimum Order: There is no minimum order. However, a $5.00 handling fee will be charged for all orders under $100.00
Shipping: All orders are shipped F.O.B Burlington, Wisconsin. Orders for shipment via UPS that are placed before 1:30 p.m. will ship the same day. Skid orders placed before 12:00 p.m. will ship the same day if no other packaging requirements are needed.
Payment Information:
Credit Card Only: We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover.
Returns: All returns must have prior approval. A 20% restocking charge will apply to all returns. No returns are allowed on dated products after 30 days from invoice date. Non-returnable items also include special order, broken packaging, items not returned in original packaging, private label and/or custom items, any sterile product that has been opened.
Contract Pricing: Contract pricing is available for volume commitments.
